NDA Salary Structure 2023: (UPSC) Union Public Service Commission accomplishes the NDA examination twice a year for the recruitment of qualified male and female candidates in the Indian Army, Navy, Air Force and Naval Academy which is known as the  NDA Recruitment. NDA Salary Structure 2023:The Overview

After getting selected for NDA, candidates have to undergo the first 4 years of study and training to get a commission. During this period, candidates do not receive any salary or stipend in the first 3 years. After completing 3 years, cadets have to undergo training from IMA or other institutes for 1 year. During this period, cadets are given Rs 56,100 per month as a stipend. After training, cadets are given commission on the post of officers and they get a salary of Rs 56,100 to Rs 1,77,500 according to the tenth (10th) pay level. Along with salary, they also get the benefit of an additional amount of Rs 15,500 in the form of Military Service Pay (MSP) and various other allowances.

NDA Salary Structure 2023: Grade Pay

The selected candidate’s grade pay in NDA will be settled by the particular posts for which they have had a preference. The NDA pay will be entitled to the 10th pay scale level which has been decided by the 7th Pay Commission. The essential thing is that this salary structure has the possibility of modification by the Government’s determinations.

NDA Training Period Salary

All selected candidates will be part of a two-month training procedure. During that time they are under the Business Development Trainee profile and will get a monthly stipend of Rs. 25,000. After the victorious fulfilment of training, candidates will be upgraded to the position of Business Development Associates (BDA). The cadets receive a stipend of Rs 15,600 per month during the training period at NDA. This increases to Rs 56,100 per month during the training period at IMA.

Training Duration of NDA Officers

i)For Cadets of the Indian Army

The duration of training of NDA cadets is 3 Yrs at NDA and 1 Yr at IMA which is for the cadets of the Indian Army.

ii) For Cadets of the Indian Navy

3 Yrs at NDA and 1 Yr at Naval Academy which is for cadets of the Indian Navy.

iii) For Cadets of the Indian Air Force

3 Yrs at NDA and 1 & 1/2 Yrs at AFA Hyderabad which is for Cadets of the Indian Air Force.
