The final result is set based on the marks achieved in the mains exam and the interview as known as the Personality Test.

To ace the test, one aspirant must understand the nature of the interview.Ā  The panel members sitting there do not question a candidate’s knowledge, rather they evaluate the candidate’s personality in how they will become a civil servant.Ā  The interviewer panel will raise questions about your characteristics, make counterquestions, ask hypothetical analyses etc and they make their assessment based on your replies during that situation which includes your body language, presence of mind and practicalness.
